Shri Hari Educational Trust's St. Rocks Degree College of Commerce and Science was founded in 2004 by the visionary Educationist Shri Rajendra D. Desai . The philanthropist who believes in the welfare of human kind by providing affordable education which is considered as the fundamental right of every human being. St. Rocks Degree College is a premium educational institute offering quality education and all-round development of young minds especially in the vicinity of Borivali and adjoining areas.

From the day of its inception, the institute has been known for providing academic excellence along with affordability as its priority. This is a great place to enhance the pursuit of the streams of Commerce, Science and technology. The institute currently offers programs in traditional B. Com. along with self-financing courses and is also in the process of introducing several new courses. To achieve this goal, excellence in academic courses as well as industry oriented skill development courses are encouraged. Besides this exposure to functioning of the real world of commerce is made possible by organising various co- curricular activities like guest lecture by eminent persons from industry, industrial visits and field trips, as well as internships.
